Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Your order can only be canceled if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at ask@etn.health.

Once we acknowledge your cancellation request, the order will be canceled, and the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Return Policy

We accept returns only if the product is damaged in transit, has physical defects, or an incorrect product was shipped. If you encounter any of these issues, please email us at ask@etn.health with photos of the damaged or incorrect product within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, the seal has been broken, or the serial number has been tampered with. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it and validate the claim.

If the return is approved, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product is not eligible for return, it will be sent back to you.

Refund Policy

  • Online Payment: If you made an online payment, the refund will be processed to the original payment method (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days of receiving your request.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account within 14 working days of receiving your request.
